Privacy
When you send a request, everleaf receives your name, phone number, optional email, town, address, selected products and notes. We use these details to contact you, prepare a quote and follow up on your request. Do not include banking details or other sensitive information in the notes. The request is stored in the management system, accessible to authorised administrators. The infrastructure uses Vercel and Neon. A notification containing your name, phone number, address and requested products is also sent to the everleaf administrator’s private Telegram conversation. Cookies and browser storage
The store saves your cart locally (everleaf-cart-v1) and the products you add to favourites (everleaf-favorites-v1). This data stays in your browser until you remove it, clear the list or delete the website data. We do not use these lists for advertising.
Your choice about external content, analytics and marketing is saved locally in everleaf-consent-v1 for 180 days. After it expires or the policy version changes, we ask for consent again before loading this content. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only to the current page.
Google Maps and Instagram images or videos are optional and remain blocked until you allow them. When loaded, these providers receive connection data, including your IP address, and may use their own cookies under the policies of Google and Instagram. You can choose to open links to these sites separately.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-KWD7FXKK) manages analytics and marketing tags in separate categories. The container loads only after consent to at least one category. When consent is withdrawn, the page reloads to stop scripts that have already loaded. You can reject optional categories and still use the catalog, cart and favourites. Withdrawing consent stops future loading and hides external content. To remove cookies already set by providers, use your browser settings.
Administrator sign-in uses separate necessary cookies for the admin session.
