Delivery terms

We arrange plant delivery across Moldova. After you submit your order, we contact you to confirm availability, the address, delivery cost and date.
Delivery cost
Delivery is priced separately according to the destination, size and quantity of plants. We tell you the cost before you confirm the order. We do not add services or charges without your agreement.
Scheduling
We agree on a date or estimated delivery window. Availability, the route and weather may affect scheduling. If anything changes, we contact you to agree on a new date, without limiting your statutory rights in the event of delays.
Receiving your plants
Check your address and phone number and arrange for someone to receive the order. Difficult access, large trees and transport within your property require advance agreement on unloading and handling. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is absent at the agreed time, we discuss rescheduling and any additional journey cost before proceeding.
Planting
Planting is not included in product or delivery prices. The work, cost and timing are agreed separately.
Checking your delivery
Check the products and quantities when they arrive. If you notice damage or receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and send photos if you can. Accepting the delivery does not waive your rights regarding defects discovered later.
