Himalayan pine (Pinus wallichiana)

Pinus wallichiana has long, fine, slightly drooping blue-green needles. Its crown has an airier texture than pines with stiff needles. This tree needs a spacious position where the branches can develop freely.

Plant in a sunny position in well-drained soil. Water during establishment, checking the soil before each watering. Preserve the natural shape; seek advice for the particular specimen before formative pruning.
